The SensUs Organization is currently working hard on providing you with the best possible experience during the Digital Event on Friday, 28th of August. The Teams and Partners are going to be invited to join the Event through Microsoft Teams, with multiple channels for the Creativity and Translational Potential pitches of the Teams. The whole Event will be live-streamed on YouTube for the whole world to see. The links can be found on the SensUs Digital website: digital.sensus.org. Within the SensUs Digital website, you can also vote for your favorite Team.

Venture Building Program (VBP)

The preparations for SensUs’ new initiative, the express Venture Building Program, are up and running. This five-day program (23-27 August) is powered by SensUs and HighTechXL, deep-tech venture builders mobilized in the Eindhoven Brainport region. In this program, the participants will learn how to develop a business proposition and kick-start their academic and professional career. This unique program will push the ideas of the participants to the next level via interactive workshops, feedback- and mentor sessions, and network moments.

Meet the partners

On the 27th of August, a next edition of the Meet the Partners Event will take place. It is thé opportunity for the international students to get in contact with the Partners of SensUs, to network, and share knowledge. During this Event, the partners will pitch their company and its vision. Furthermore, there will be case studies from our Partners, inspiring presentations throughout the program, and finally a Startup Event that focuses on the next step: taking your biosensor and developing a startup company!

Workshop “Sensors for Epilepsy”

SensUs and neurologists from various backgrounds jointly organize an online workshop on the 26th of August. This workshop will clarify the needs of patients with epilepsy and of neurologists, and how their needs might be addressed by sensor development. Pitches will be given on seizures, stress, and inflammation in epilepsy, to develop a vision on what the lives of patients could look like in 2030.
